Company Maintenance Services
DLG Services, Inc. serves as Registered Agent and provides annual compliance filings to assist users in maintaining their Alaska business in compliance with state law. Services include:
- Registered Agent Services for corporations (for profit, non-profit and professional corporations), limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other business entities;
- Acceptance of Service of Process with transmission to the company representative;
- Biennial report and business license filings and renewals;
- Other routine state filings;
- Maintenance of corporate minute books and stock certificates;
- Preparation of annual meeting consents.
The maintenance program gives you direct access to your company information through our secure portal to make changes to shareholders, members, officers, directors, managers and other entity information. If you have multiple companies in the program, you will be able to access and review all company information in one place.
Services are provided on a fixed fee basis on an annual basis. Special services are billed on a fixed fee basis as incurred.

If you have an active maintenance program agreement with DLG Services, Inc., the portal shows what you owe across every company you own, the officers on record, and the invoices behind each one.
